    I bidding on a 85 HOA lawns @ 3400Sq ft each.
Mow, trim, edge, blow. My magic number is $11 a lawn a week.

    1 on 48", 1 on a 21" and 2 on edge/trim 1.25 days worth of work

    What your input Thanks

I would increase your 21 to a 36" or a small ZTR and get it to one day. Assuming they are all next to each other should not be a problem. More than one day and your profit margin takes a dive.

$10.20-$13.20 each depending on how much trimming. If you dont get it at $11 I wouldnt want it

How long are the days? If your talking 8hour days that would be 40 man hours and you will gross $935. Thats less than $23.50 per man hour. Unless your working 10 hour days, then it comes to just over $18.00. I dont think your anywhere close to being in a realistic place, but they will probably give it to you at that price.

My mothers community has two guys for a 160 home hoa. Average - 6000 sqt. One rider mower, one trimmer. Trimmer also blows. No edging. $7.00/house.:confused::confused:

this doesn't help you at all does it? :hammerhead::)

You said there will be 4 people working. I assume one of them is you, so 3 others is 42 hours you have to pay people for. I dont get your profit picture. But if its 14 hours for 4 people you will be at $16.70 an hour. Am I missing something?

we had a hoa (54 homes) at 6-7k sq ft each plus about 3 acres of common area and 4 of us could get it done in about 9 hours.

We used a 48 ghs walker and 2 21" mowers, and of course all the hand held stuff.

we did it for $28 per house.
