yea, i'd say 9-11 towing.

11mpg towing 5K, 9mpg towing 8-9K. Cargo trailer adds more weight, and drag, so don't expect much better than 9-10mpg city/highway.

thanks guys...pretty much it sounds like if you have a 3/4 ton or 1 ton your just not gonna get good mpg...sucks but thats reality!

I was down to 7.5 pulling my 16 foot lawn trailer empty down the interstate at 75. Was less then impressed to say the least. Get 11.5 or so in town without trailer. Definitely not a truck to buy for fuel economy.

i got 11-12 pulling a 18'6" bass boat to Canada and back at 70-75mph. pulling my mowing trailer 16ft 2 ztr ill get 8 in town.

7.5 religiously! Does not matter if I tow 16 foot fully equiped enclosed lawn trailer or 14 foot dump. I get 195 miles per tank.

Truck is 4x4 with 33's also

i have the new ly6 and get 15 stop and go hills and 17 18 long roads all with light mowing equipment (walk behind + 6-10 trailed with scag on it . cat get 20 hwy if i drive under 60
