I am in the market for a new trailer. I need a 7 X 14 utility with a ramp gate and tandem axle. I was given a price on a top brand for $1900 and $2175 with a utility gate. Are they any good. I was also looking at Sure-Trac 7 X 16 $2100 which is a little bigger than needed and I back into few tight driveways. Was not sure if it would be too long or not make much difference. Any advice on a good trailer purchase. I am hauling a toro z 44", walker diesel 48", john deere 36" walk behind and a few lawn-boy gold series. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Do they even make a 14' tandem open? I have a 22' open and it is great. Sure I dont use all 22' feet but I have the room if I need too. Multi purpose then too, put the car on it over the weekends and go racing or all the quads for a weekend riding trip.

X2, you wont regret going bigger.

Do you know if the $1,235 wholesale price includes brakes on both axles?

Forgot to add I bought a 7x16 Branson trailer four years ago for $999 at Xtreme Trailer Sales in St.Cloud, MN. Questionable quality but it never failed me in the two years I had it. They dont hold up to a Durango going 30 mph into the rear of them though, who knew.

I dont know that they still sell them though. Branson is out of Texas I believe. I quess the only thing that was "bad" on it was the paint. I actually have the ramp from it on my 22'.

get the biggest you can afford, the second you think you have a big enough trailer its time for an even bigger one.
