80lb. push spreaders

    I hear ya Turf Dawg -- you caught me. Yep, we love our Spykers. We relied on the 288 for a few years, but Spyker nolonger makes them (they were kinda heavy to push around anyway). So we have switched to their new product line -- their 80 lb stainless steel model. Lighter weight, yet still puts out a nice/wide pattern.

    Most spreader manufacturers suggest a 100% overlap, so this is one reason we use Spykers. Our Anderson's & Earthway spreaders still work great -- just don't like their narrow spread pattern, narrow wheelbase, and less than "heavy duty materials"..

    I would like to see other manufacturers make "push" spreaders, cuz I see a market for really good ones But they better be made in the USA. my 2 cents
