88 Chevy 2500

    Hey every one I have an 88 Chevy 2500 with a new starter, alternator, and a newer motor with only 68,000 miles on it. The body is in decent shape for a 20 year old truck but was thinking about selling it for a newer one. I was wondering what the going rate is for a truck like this because the dealer only wants to give me 500 bucks. I told them that they where out of their minds if they thought I would give them my truck for that price. So anyways I think I might try to sell it my self and need to find out the going rate. Thanks.

    id say 2500 to 3000 maybe that would be a good place to start 500 bucks is an insult, hell if u want 500 ill buy it right now( just kiddin) i would try to sell it out right. if they offered me that i would say thats a good down payment for it, u gotta be a real assholee to car salesman.
