When you drive the brakes are good till you go to a complete stop and then the rear brakes lock up. Anyone have any ideas?

Is it a 1500, 2500, or 3500? I think that makes a difference in .the type of brake

If they are drum brakes pull the drums off and see if there is any differential grease in either drum. If that seal is leaking it can make it lock up back there. Don't ask me how.

Yep---It is the grease.. I have the exact same problem going on with my Dodge Ram right now. I just need to get off my lazy #ss to pull the drums and clean/fix the issue..
