I DON'T KNOW WHY PEOPLE EXPLAIN THEIR EXPENSES WHEN PRICING OUT!? Look in the phone book. Look under the letter L for lawyers and you will see probably 100 pages of 'em. Do you think there is one lawyer in the book that will EXPLAIN why they charge what they charge? Don't play that game with people and you will not only look MORE PROFESSIONAL but you will only gain the clients willing to pay you for your services without the headaches. If they are complaining now, it will only get worse. I am not in anyway shape or form saying I am an expert and believe me, I only want the best for our industry. If you see a mechanic, he posts his rates (if he is reputable) and thats that. He may throw in an oil change or filter but thats about it. I would think that when a customer lays it on, they have done it before or they will do it again. THESE TYPE OF CUSTOMERS WILL drop you in an instant when someone cheaper comes along and take away from the customer who will pay your price and keep you. I had to vent and thank you for your time.
