Acreage and pricing formulas

    Here's what I came up with. The pricing figures can be changed for whatever but my general price (at first) will be $35/hour and I think I can do about an acre per hour with trimming. So you will need to adjust that for yourself. My spring cleanups are special deals for first time customers, as my 'hook'. I will take this and a calculator when doing estimates and ask or measure the property size and use these formulas to figure it out approximately. Any ideas or comments? Thanks, and maybe this will help someone if not me.
