This is my first year and Im strictly doing agreements. I'm still wondering how to go about doing add-on services that people want after they already signed an agreement.

Do I just reprint a new agreement and have them sign that? Ask for an initial? Just add it on and orally agree? What do you suggest?

we just bill the customers extra for the add ons when we sent out their invoices
I do the same thing, either whether I do a project or weekly maintenance. If the customer thinks of something after the original agreement, I just add it on to the final invoice.

I wonder if I can think of another way to say the same thing again.
