There's a relatively small developement nearby that I have a few customers in. It probably consists of about 100-150 houses. I was thinking about having my sign guy make a nice yard sign that advertised a mowing price for all the properties.

I could post it at the developement entrance

I was thinking something like this:

    "A.M. Carter Lawn Care" will,
mow any lawn in "sunnyside" for $30
with the usual contact info and etc...

What do you guys think, they are all pretty much the same size and if I got a few more I'd be happy doing them for $30 per mow, and with mowing usually comes other work.

There are two other landscape companies that I know have a few customers in there, I'm not into taking anybody's work, just trying to get more of my own, do you think that would tick the other guys off if maybe they are doing thiers for a little more? I have no enemies and don't wish for any.

So what do you guys think? Anybody have any first hand experience with something like this?
