I am looking to buy a new 21 in cut commercial push mower. My deal carrys exmark, snapper, and honda. The snappers seem like a good unit and are around 900. There is an exmark with no blade brake for 1050 and with blade brake is 1250. That is with the Kawasaki fj180 engine. The honda has the honda engine on it. I currently have 2 of honda push mowers that you can buy from home depot, and they are good mowers, but I have had problems with the transmissions going out on them so I am looking to sell them and upgrade to a commercial mower.

I was wandering what the reviews were from the exmark, snapper, and honda commercial 21 mowers?

I have three old masters series hondas. If you could find one of these, I would get it in heartbeat. Hydro mower is better than chain drive. Otherwise I like Honda better than snapper. I have owned both.

Are you bagging or mulching? If all you're doing is bagging, the Snapper HI-VAC is excellent for bagging.

I have a Honda HRX 217 with the thumb drive. I don't use it a lot, but it sees it's fair share of use each season. Starting season number three with it without a problem. I love love LOVE the mulch/bag lever, allowing me to switch between the two instantly. It's a good mulcher and an excellent bagger.

    I've never used a Snapper, so I can't make a comparison.

Thanks for the input so far guys! I am going to use the mower mostly for bagging, and some mulch.

I am now looking at the toro commercial 21 mowers.

I am looking for some reviews of the exmark x series 21 mower. Does anyone have a review of this mower that they have use for 1+ months?

Also, Whats the difference in the exmark x series or the toro proline?
