I may get a chance to bid on 2 properties soon. One church and a swim club. The church is just over an acre, flat mowing and ztr accessible. I figure with trimming and a little walk behind work 60 to 90 minutes. In this area a residential this size would be about $60. I figure a commercial rate would be about $90. Yes or no?
The pool is 2 acres flat ztr accessible, more trimming maybe 2 hrs work. Im thinking $90 for a resid. this size so $125 for commercial. Yes or no?
Both would be weekly and both would be sticklers for showing up on a certian day.
I have not done much commercial before so any help would be great.
