Core and plug are the same? Do you mean whats the difference between spike and core. Core airation will culivate twice as much surface area as a spike airation.
Aerating
Ive only seen or done plug aerating before and I was wondering what the difference was between plug and core aerating?

thanks pinnacle thats what i wanted to know
In my part of the country we have clay spike aerating will not do the job. Pushing a stike in the ground is like pushing your finger in to a ball of soft clay it makes a bowl that will hold water and not fracture of the ground.
