I need some help on aeration prices. I'll be using my dixie chopper with an hydraulic aerator. What do you charge per sqft? I was thinking between 3 or 4 dollars per thousand sqft. Is that to low or to high?

Thanks, Cause I'm bout to bid on a job that is $400.00 a cut, and the yard is bad shape from the last guys who were mowing. So would I charge $1200.00 to aerate then? Anybody else out there go some figures feel free to post them. Aeration is new to me, I've only did my yard. SO this year I'm offering the service.

I am basically around $10 per 1000, I charge around $450 per acre, depending on how rough the terrain is.

We get $35-42 per k for A/S, so I would think that if we just did aeration only, it would have to be atleast $15 per k.
