what do you guys charge for aerations? i charge 200 min, and 20 to 40 per k depending on lawn.
We charge approx. $8.00/1000 sq ft. with a min of price of $55.00. We do a lot of aerations and keep our price low so they can afford it on a yearly basis.
Is that $200 minimum and or "or" $20 to $40 per "M"?
Damn I could make a living just aerating at $40 M!!!! But then again those 3m lawns could add up.
That's what I was thinking, might be worth a move to Tulsa to do sub work, pay him a 20% finders fee
$49 Minimum, most of ours are small. I'm in the desert.
the $10 per k, sounds good, what do you charge for the over seed and fert app?
Hey JDog hows the lawn and landscaping business out in NV. My future wife went to Henderson and loved it. We have friends that moved their from New Jersey about a year ago. They say the weathers great everyday. I know that they brought a house twice the size of the one they had here in NJ. I also heard that the property tax is way cheaper over their. We pay more than double over in NJ. Travis
What does that include?
breaking up plugs
depth of plugs (actual in lawn)
# of plugs per sq ft
These are all variables that would determine price?
What is your aeration service consist of that warrents a $20 to $40per 1000 cost
We dont overseed here,(warm season grasses). So aerations are done in the spring when turf is greened-up. The $10/1K is just for core aeration. Fert and second app. of pre-emergent is applied at the same time. The fert/pre-m is not part of my aeration fee. Its part of my fert/weed program because not everyone will pay for the (very beneficial) aeration. Aerations is an add-on for me, I call it Turf Enhancement program.
