im installing 350ft of alan block, some spots im putting 2 or 3 high depending on grade, plus a cap. There was 10 pallets, im down to 5 now. i still have about 140ft left. around these curves its being a real PITA to make em level, with the straight aways it was simple because i had the perfect square alan blocks, now it seems like these curved alan blocks are a pain to level... so what im asking is what techniques do you guys use to make it go the fastest way.... and how long do you think it would take you with x amt of guys to complete over 1400 blocks? what i wish i have done was dig it like a 3ft clearance, lay my 22A, and then use a power tamper to tamp the 22a down to make it perfect. would that work? the grade changes about a whole foot or so!!!
