alfalfa, corn meal help (pics)

    If they "had" to increase irrigation, first things I would be checking are:

    1) If the irrigation is even designed and functioning properly (i.e. do an audit)
    2) Soil compaction

    Thanks Kiril, I have been doing other landscape work for the people last year.
    It was frequently too wet in their back yard which has some shade. This is a
    $600 - $700 K home (expensive for NW Ohio altho not by your CA prices.) But it had the typical contractor practice (if no one is paying attention) of spreading the basement subsoil around the home and then planting BG sod over it. The soil test suggested only about 3 pounds N needed for the season and low available phosphorous and potassium levels.
