Our original one is a 16hp trac vac and we made a wooden box on our switch n go dump box and have never taken it apart.
Our newest one is the BG 35 hp originally we had the tarp system extend from the bed to the vac but that did not work so we had our welder create an addition to the bulkhead that raises and lowers with B1003491-5B62-411A-B679-5C761CFC89EB.jpeg E81FA936-9F2C-4C4F-BAA9-03D7135B76B1.jpeg the bed.
A few other features to the tarp system is that it has a solid top and mesh sides to prevent rain from getting in. It also has a side door to to load in sticks or any other debris.

Yes we just ran the trickle chargers on the batteries. Mental note for Next year We should take the battery off the small leaf vac before putting it on the top shelf of the pallet racking.
It won’t be long before setting them back up.

I bought these lights for all my mowers and leaf loaders. I hard mounted the ones on the mowers but bought the magnet bars for the leaf loaders. The magnet bar holes line up perfectly with the light bars. All you have to do is make the holes on the magnet bars a hair bigger and you are good to go. You could shorten the bolts if you wanted to. I also got some 18 gauge wire and made the leads longer so I could have a light anywhere on the truck. Alligator clips are nice if you want to go that route.

How do you like the dump insert? Is it steel or poly?
