    The Bobby Gedd method of customer relations. But you MUST have a shovel. :)

    Actually, my favorite customers are the ones I have only met once. Then the only contact is when they send the monthly check.

    I service and older couple's property weekly, and in the summer months, he doesn't wear a shirt and she wears...well, I won't tell you. Ew. I was doing some overseeding for them last year and the guy stood and watched me for the two hours I was there telling me "take a break" "grab a drink" "don't work so hard." Shut up and let me work.
