Ancient Turf Blazer

I saw someone cutting their lawn today on an ancient mower, a tricycle setup like the Skag STHM. However, in place of the rear wheel, there were 2 smaller ones like you'd see on an old farm tractor.

The only marking I saw was "Turf Blazer" in red letters on the rear panel. My search shows that Howard Price currently makes them, could this have been an early model? It was painted yellow, correct for Price machines.

It appeared to have a large single cylinder Kohler on it, the old style with deep fins and all cast iron, red in color.

The guy was moving like a snail, so it seems it must be under powered. Anyone know of this machine?
