    i keep it all in one for now .......... to small to do anything like that yet.

    I use Quickbooks. You can add categorys for each service you provide. For example: You can set up a category for maintenance and under maintenance you can create categories such as weekly mowing service, trim hedges, etc. When you create an invoice, you simply select what item it is and Quickbooks will keep track of all your percentages.
