Was curious if any landscape lawn care companies think about merging together? I know there is alot to go through to do this legally but thought it could be a good thing to do

Thought about merging with several different companies to make a powerhouse.
I wanted to get companies that were good at different things..

It would be difficult to do as partnerships can be very problematic and everyone wants to be the boss

I actually get several "offers" a year, but when I see what they have to offer in the way of a client base and equipment, I tell them "Thanks, but no thanks".

We have another company that we work closely with, they are landscaping/hardscaping only. We refer anything outside of general mulching and small stuff to them, they refer all their mowing to us.

As said above, any thoughts of "legally" merging would be too much of a headache and too many bosses.
