Wondering if there is anybody out there marketing and cutting maintaining only bermuda or zoisa. There are a lot of neiborhoods in my area that are putting in these grasses. Thinking about marketing to them, possible name change for this. Any thoughts???

I don't think most folks know or care much about one grass from another. Bermuda is all that's available here for the most part. I used to use reels almost exclusively but only a very small % can tell the difference between a reel and a good rotary cut. So I don't think it would be worth your time to bother advertising a particular turf variety for install or maintenance.

Forget it. Most people are not willing to pay what it costs to maintain bermuda or zoysia correctly. You might want to do it correctly, not having to work at a loss is another story.
