coming up inbetween a monstrous weeping spruce???? hand pulling lasts about 10 days. If you pull back the soil, you can see the stolons. These things are tough. Pretty flowers though. Anything selective??
Are we talking about the same wild carrot?. Never saw it with stolons, just a white taproot. AKA Queen Anne's lace. 2,4-D and most other broadleaf herbicides will knock it out.
If they're growing right up in the spruce branches, can you prop up branches or pull carrots down below branches to spray them?
