I am placing a bid for Target in MA going through a management company in TN that contacted me named Mirror Lawn Turf Doctor. A little nervous not dealing with a company directly and especially the management company is out of state.

They sent us a work scope with diagrams and maps on the parking lot to be maintained.

Have any of you heard of this company and/or dealt with this kinda set up?

Any info. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

they contacted us about doing 2 locations in NJ. i called for $hits and giggles, they dont give you any info. i talked to a buddy of mine in property management he said they are most likely bidding it to other landscapers and then they'll submit there bid to target. this way they dont have to send someone to look at every location and come up with their own prices..

Did you ever do work for Mirror Lawn with Target? I would be curious about your outcome. We did work for Mirror Lawn but Lowes. We are out $20k................I am surprised with all of the complaints that no one can stop them.
