Nothing like an awd burnout in a 1k hp truck! I'm sure you will shock the hell out of anyone that takes the bait. Only issue is when/if you hit the twisties, that's where it will get interesting in the handling department. Be careful :)

Not really a hot rod, but it sounds like one! Hopefully someone will get a kick out of this!

    LOL at the caddy!

Keep these pics coming guys! I love seeing other people's rides.

An update for my rides: I pulled the charger off of my lightning and am gonna port the inlet side, as it's not ported at all. I also got the intake and valve train done on the stang. Gonna bolt headers and carb down tonight hopefully. Maybe stab distributor if I have time. :)

yah it will be fun, but it won't handle all that great, maybe as good as an audi s4 its still 8000lbs and even after I lower it 2" its still gonna be too high. but with what i'm doing to it will handle a lot better then before and as good as some lower end sports cars if not better. but high end sports will be tough to hang with as far as handling goes. I plan to take it to a road course as well. see what kinda lap times I can pull off at a local track. but this probably won't be for a year or so. depends on how many accounts I can get this year.

I need that in my Turf Tiger. Maybe production would go up a bit :)

So I got a new project here last week. Early 2000's Peyton hard tail jr dragster. I bought this from a family in San Antonio who had intended on their boys doing it, but the boys decided otherwise. Got a steal on it.
Body is all there, 2 raptor engines (1 together, 1 apart), Mikuni 28mm alcohol carb, comet 330 clutch and driven, and almost all associated parts. I need to buy tires and new safety equipment, and I already ordered a fuel pump rebuild kit, as well as new fuel lines and a new throttle cable. Gonna paint the frame bright silver and the body a metallic bright red and call it "Cherry Bomb". Sponsored by Outlawn Lawn & Landscape and Power Source Diesel. Pics to come

Not telling us what's under the cover is no fair! :)

A 1942 Chris Craft Barrel Back is my holy grail of boats. Now that I live on the East coast, I'll be taking my first trip to Mystic, CT's Wooden Boat Show next June. I can't wait.

Well, the Lightning sold in June of last year. We bought a if dragster for my oldest son, but it seems that we will not be racing him anytime soon, so the jr is for sale, if anyone is interested.
