I am putting together an inspection form for an overall landscape inspection. This form will include the following.
      • lawn
      • shrubs and ground cover
      • seasonal color
      • mulch coverings
      • irrigation
      • lighting
      • water features

If you have any type of inspection form for any of these tasks I would love to view them. I have done a search with no luck. I am also needing a scoring mechanism for the inspection form.

The big plan is to have a scoring process to allow my guys bumps in pay for performance. So if they are just mailing it in they make a low base rate if they are doing a great job they will be paid like the professional they are. This is just one component of the sliding pay scale.

AZ I am in the process of putting one together for implementing a quarterly performance bonus program for us. After testing it on a couple of our properties, I have found areas where I need more 'space' and areas I didn't need at all. If you don't mind an 'unfinished' version I would be happy to share and would enjoy hearing any feedback you might have.

My company would use this in our high-end full service residential sites.
