I want to get more speed out of my Lazer.
You could probably do 26x12-12's but then you'd have to use bigger front casters as well, probably a 15x6-6
Those front casters have to be LEVEL or you would get odd results when they spin.
Now you got me thinking!
Would make for a nice smoother ride, and allow for higher deck clearance, curb hopping would become easier.
Have to go measure. Both tires would be approx. 1" closer in relationship to gas tanks and caster forks....
air them up to about 55psi...lol.
There's no reason to go on the front tires. Bigger rear tires especially going up an inch or 2 will not force you to use bigger front tires. Just re-adjust you deck level. I went from 18" to 20" on my WB with no problems.
What is the rear tire size on a lazer? Are the turf masters?
Yeah, I'm assuming you are suggestion different tires have taller profiles for the "same size". Check the specs on each tires.
I was looking for a wider tire. I've got a set of 23-10.5-12 Turf Savers.
24x12-12's will slip right on Phishook.
All the new Lazers come with this size.
Thanks, there for a Chariot though, not one of those fancy mowers.
How much are they going for?
