Has anyone tried to go through the process (paper work) without a specialist. Can they get a driver's license?
  2. Good luck doing it yourself, all "I" msut be dotted and all "T" must be crossed.

For the right price on amount, it is better left up to the lawyers doing it.

There are some that charge a flat fee up to so many guys, and some that charge per a head. If you go with small numbers do the charge per a head up till you hit $3000, at $3k then I would go with the flat fee guys. I think I rememeber one at $600 a head.

Also all of them you must front them traveling expences.

Rent must be under $125 a month each.

Must provide traspotation or keep them close to banks, laundy, stores etc....

And always remeber their culture is far diferent then our. They have no clue to food storing practices.

    This is just the beginging.

For driving; they can't read an english map, so how do you expect them to find the accounts, must less take the driving test for a license.

Now my guys are not H2B, and have lived here long enough to pick up much of what goes on here.

With the guys I have now I could add the H2B guys to fill in any gaps and be readily prepaired for it.

There is more than meets the eye on the H2B program, so make sure you think all the things threw on it, so you are prepaired for them.

If you have any questions on it, you can email me. I know Lawnlad has looked into this program.

I can find the addresses for the agents if you wish.

H2B is will not solve all your labor problems but it is a good quick fix for them. It can create other problems but as it goes, I think the new problems are much easier to deal with than no one wanting to work.
