Anyone still running an old 1995 Grasshopper 720k

    anybody running these mowers still i just picked up one needed engine work i replaced 1 bent push rod head gaskets,new head i just got slapped together today, it fired once stalled and wouldnt fire again, im thinking bad spark plugs ran before overhaul it was overheated i picked it up for 500 bucks put $215 into it

    MAN O MAN I'm glad to see someone post about these machines.

    I used to run one back in the day. you just cant stop them.

    there like timex,

    after you restore it, I'm sure you can get 5 to 10 years service outta her.

    the seat bypass wasnt getting a connection thats why it didnt have fire, pour gas in carb.. runs burns the fuel and stalls its getting fuel, in the float bowl , but it ran before i bought it im thinking carb rebuild,or new carb, sounds like new it was a mess before

    take the carb apart and clean it out, prob just gunked up with varnished gas.

    a 95? that thing will be a collector sometime soon. :)

    i messed with it a few hours this mornin but had to go mow, ill take carb off and clean it really good those needles are tiny it has to be blocked crap i gotta go i got big day tommorrow bye everyone
