I have an account with a creeping charlie infestation. My dealer has recommended using Lesco's Momentum. Anyone have any experience with this product? Let me know what you think.

I think momentum is on its way out? Thats what I heard anyway from my Lesco dealer. My experience with creeping charlie is all in the timing. It is effective, but generally takes some time. I would try early spring when first growing or a late fall application.

I have had good luck with old Momentum.. However, they have changed formulations now -- it no longer contains Clopyralid -- which is what made the old Momentum so effective.

Yes, I had good results with old Momentum. Really any 3 way will work, it just takes several apps. Sell the customer on the PROGRAM, not the single app.

for best results try using an ester before it gets to warm. Cool power works good. You typically do not get all of it in one shot. Sell them on a whole program.

I too use(d) Momentum, better results than the customers had with TG/CL, which doesn't say much. :D

SpeedZone works great!! :blob3: Wipes it out in 1 treatment (maybe two if there is a lot). Rain safe in 3 hours also!

I have had good results with it. You just have to reapply after about 10 days to really knock it down.

I agree, the best product I have found for creeping charlie is Powerzone/Speedzone. Two apps will knock it out. Excellent product for cooler temps.

With speedzone does timing matter? With triplett and confront I found fall after a frost to work the best. How well does speedzone work on violets?l
