Relatives coming into town on the 4th so will take the day off. May cut a lawn or two in the AM if I am behind. However none will be residentials, 4th of July is a pee poor day to be cutting those. I really don't want to be ticking off my good resi's by showing up that day while they are with family.

5th is full day of work. And so on and so forth....

Like everyone else, I'll mow a few, but I'm certainly not going to hit it hard.

Then I'm headed out to my brother's family's house where dad will join us for some BBQ.

I'm off today. Not by choice. Raining here. That means the grass will grow though. :)

I Would feel guilty if I didn't work the I wasted a good day. The fireworks don't start till 9pm around here.....lotta sunshine in the meantime that would just go to waste. I can be lazy in January....but not now.

I also take 4th of July off because I'm a veteran and I want a day off. I own a business so I can take off when I want.

I would like to take it off but I'm leaving on Friday afternoon to take a week long beach vacation at the OBX. thursday morning and friday morning will be spent doing an 18 yard lawn blitz, then again when I return on Sunday the 14th. I need a vacation though...

i'm working the 4th. i'd rather be off on friday than be off thursday and work friday. most people don't cook out until later in the day anyways for supper unless they are at a park or something. i don't mow any parks. i'll be done mowing by noon on the 4th anyways.
