I was given a chance to bid on a luxury aparment complex. See if you think that it is okay.
    1. The lawn is 10.5 to 11 acres. That includes 32 to 36 mowings, 42 times trimming, 52 times debris removal, and 2nd visit touch-up a year

    2. Pruning up to 10 times, weeding up to 12 time per year, and irrigation monitoring 12 times per year

    3. $17,000 worth of fertilization. (I would subcontract this out to someone.)

    4. Inserting pine straw and spring/fall flowers twice a year

    Grand total: $90,000 a year

Do you think that this is fair? Please respond as soon as possible.

Hard to tell by your description. Lots of trees? Leaf cleanup is affected.
Lots of shrubs or just a few.
Lots of beds or just small ones here and there.
    How many flats.

Cant say its good or bad without further info.

Thats like a client calling you and asking you how much and they tell you "oh, its just a small yard" and wants a quote on the phone.
