    i am bidding on a 45 building aprt i thought of going about 1300 per cut it would take about 6 hrs with 5 guys what do you guys think high low?

    The number of units doesn't make a difference. The size of the lawn does. You could have a 45 unit aprt with only 20k for lawn area in which case you would be way off. Give us some more details on the property and then maybe you will get some more answers

    Well, you have approximately 30 man hours by your estimation?

    How much per man hour do you want to make?

    Now, take that amount and divide it by 2, because it is a comercial property and they normally go for about 1/2 of what a residential property will go for (size wise) that is.
