Hello,
Hoping this is the right spot for this. We planted 9 Arbs for a client of ours about 5-6 weeks ago in Michigan. Soil extremely clay dense, we removed sod, created a bed, bought from a very reputable nursery, amended properly based on my knowledge as well as the nursery’s.
Today was working on the property and noticed a few spots. They look good just at first glance but there are some light browning in a few of them and I’m not sure why. On the same note, the neighbor on the other side of the fence has 4 larger more established Arbs. 1 apparently has a disease (he’s not sure, in the process of figuring that out) but it’s being removed asap. I took pictures of some of the spots on our recently planted Arbs as well as the distance from the diseased one. I know it’s hard to identify without the diagnosed problem but I don’t have that info yet and I wanted to get some opinions and see if this looks like a disease or some other cause.
TIA
