Gas is up and Diesel is even higher so rates need to go up also, I think I will boost all lawn cuttings up 2 dollars per cut and 5 more on my hourly labor rate...... What do you think and what are you going to do to compensate for the high fuel cost???????

I have gone up on my hourly rate $5, but now I'm wondering if that's enough. I think everybody knows about the fertilizer prices going up, but I didn't know grass seed prices were headed up as well. I bought tall fescue seed last week for $33 for 20 lb bag. I went back today and the same seed was $37.

Trying to keep from raising until I absolutley have to. Last time I raised due to gas was when gas first hit 2.50 a few years ago. If prices hit 3.50 and stay above there for more than 1 month, I will probably pass on the costs.

What about when it skips $3.50 and floats at $4 ? The line between :canadaflag: and :usflag: is getting thinner every day.
