Heres the problem injector after removing the fuel lines and prior to removal from engine. The washer sits at the base of the injector down in the hole. Had to use needle nose pliers to get them out (I replaced the washers on all three injectors). Looks like there was a carbon buildup under the center washer and allowed it to leak. The others I replaced just because.
Whole process took about an hour and this leak is totally fixed. I tighted everything up except for the top nut on the injectors (where the hard fuel line enters the injector) and cranked the motor to bleed the air out of the lines. Tightened them down and machine fired right up.
