God I love picking up customer's half way through the season...NOT! We pick up 2 customers about a month or so ago and both of their original guys quite showing up, we pick them up even though its kind of a burden on my guys and me. We did twice the job the other guy did, explain to them our billing cycle, every ones ok. Get a call today from cust.#1 "I got billed for 2 mows and you were only here once" ME-"No sir we were here on this day and that day, back and forth, he finally says "we'll I'm only paying you for the one time to bad" I say,"Ya know what, I'm so tired of dealing with people like you we're done" Cust#2 mails his payment and writes a letter cancelling our services so I called him to find out why. There is no problem with the service I didnt like your billing, "IT WAS INCONVENIENT" I said what do you mean, every 2 weeks is inconvenient? And to "keep peace in the family, he hired his original guy back who by the way stopped showing up in early August. There, 2 more syco's off my route!
