    1) What's your average drive time per job in minutes or miles? (I would consider average to include the first and last drive of the day....for example, if you drive 10 miles to a neighborhood, 10 miles within that neighborhood to service 15 clients, and 10 miles home, the average would be 10+10+10 divided by 15 = 2 miles)

    2) What real average would you like to attain? ( I know it's zero..... but what would be realistic and make you happy)

I don't know about averages but my service area is about 75 miles east to west and about 60 miles north to south.

How many jobs per week in that area?

Do you know your total mileage per week?

about 1/4 mile average... drive to the subdivision = 2 miles, cut about 30 lawns = 1/4 mile drive time to each or something like that

    I would say 5-10 minutes.

One maintenance crew drives 270 total miles a week, another 175 in a week.

I'd say about 3 minutes per group of lawns on average, after the initial commute.
