The clips on the bottom of the straps on my backpack blower would sometimes pop off or get hung up. This was anoying to me.
I got some quick links. They are shaped like a link in a chain but have a nut built in the side to open and close the link. They cannot come off :) they rarely get hung up and make the strap uncomfortable.
I thought it might help some of you other guys who hate the stock clips.

Thanks for the tip. Those things always tick me off when they get hung up or come off.

I had the same problem about two weeks ago. Lowe's didn't have the right size quick links (our Lowe's sucks and never has what you need when you need it, always an empty space on the shelf) so I used snap rings instead. Working great so far. Just another alternative.

I was just fighting with my clips stuck in my box on the trailer today. Great tip, I'm going shoping tomorow.
