    Big Bad Bob,

I missed that shovel thing upside of the head. I have to work that into our Accounts Receivable system. 1-30 days past due(stern letter), 30-60 days(cut off service and send to collections), 60-90 days(shovel upside of the head until they pay), 90-120 days(no one makes it to here, use shovel to bury the body)

Great stuff. We will write this into our contracts.

Man, I feel horrible. We are a start up, so I was trying to manage cash flow. That $300.00 saved went right back to them. I purchased a trimmer, edger, and blower from them. But that probably didn't help.

Ahh, we all make mistakes in business. It is so hard to balance that cashflow and make the ever increasing payroll each and every time.. I am in the same boat. At the office the conversation goes like this, Office "i have a great idea", me "we don't have any money"

    Like every day...................:)

    Best Regards,

Isn't that the truth!:usflag: or "hey lets to do this,"... my replay "no,", they reply "but it will...,"... 'no money, maybe next season," says I. LOL that sounds pretty dire, but in fairness we are ok.

Redmax is great but i just purchased a ebz8050 and i am not impressed. I have been using the 7001's for years and they work just fine. If you need big power buy a push blower.
