    I like my echo but i think next year,i will replace it with a stihl.

    Stihl BR600 is awesome (purchased new). No problems yet.

    I know,i really like my echo trimmer and bp blower,its just i always hear stihl is the best and their warranty is better than echo and just all kinds of stuff idk yet,i might keep them still.

    echos warranty is much longer at five years. stihls stuff is not better trust me.

    you want the best blower get the shindaiwa eb8520.. i have used it against the br600 mag countless times and simply no comparisom.. a little more $$ than the stihl but worth it..much more durable than the stihl..and will out blow the stihl..

    echo pb 770t deserves a good look. takes a few tanks of fuel to loosen up but it is the best blower i ve used!

    graygoose, agreed. Stihl is running on a fast-fading reputation. not to mention the 4mix stuff weighs a ton. who wants to lug that around all day when a redmax is so light weight?

    stihl is falling behind. they have had a ton of problems with the earlier br 600's. the motor is built out otherwise when they introduced the "magnum" they would have juiced it up to get more performance out of it. the engine cannot take a power increase
