How is the best way to price ballfields and larger sites for aerating? The potiental is there, but for this size I don't know where to begin.

Indiana- a guy does deep-tine aerifications at $500 per acre, so if your core aerifying it would probably be around $200 per acre, its one of those things, you might be in a area you could have market for it or it might not do anything you just have to advertise and try to sell it.

  3. To guess at fair price to you and the customer you would need to know the equipment production per hour and the cost of the equipment used in aeration to have as a baseline.
  4. Stone is sending you on the right track.

With the proper equipment you go yeild a primium price but, reasonable enough to get the jobs.

$200 an acre seems high for an open ball field.
