Had a lady call me today and ask for a price to edge all of her beds(spade) . Normally this included in my mulch price but she wantsd to wait and mulch next spring but is persistant on edging now. I have no clue how to charge for this as i have never done it before. Any help?
    Thanks

With 500 lf. sounds like a good time to rent a bed edger....if you have never used one and try it on this job , I bet you will own one within a year.I have been able to charge .30 to 1.00 a foot for this service...at .50 a foot = 250.00 at .30 a foot = 150.00. For other guys out there that own bed edgers...are you charging by the foot and are my numbers in the ball park ? THANKS
