I rotor tilled the whole yard, but i had a lot of weeds in it and no grass. I took all visable weeds out but i know there is more. NOW, i'm going to kill all the weeds with some chemicals, but how long should i wait to put down new seeds for the new grass after the chemicals?

Depends on what chemicals you are going to put down to kill the remaining weeds....Check the labels on the bag/bottle & it will give you a minimum length of time to wait before reseeding/overseeding in order to have germination of the seeds. Good luck.

It would have been advisable to kill the weeds before tilling. Now that you have buried them, they will come back.
