i have a exmark 48" that i noticed this fall really started to shake when the blades were engaged.

upon review i noticed the belt had bumps in it making the pulleys bounce around and shakes the deck.

should i contact exmark with my issue? or some how try to find a "good" belt?

the machines about 3 years old.

    what do you guys think?

I think three years is what you would more than expect for a service life of a belt.

but the belt appears to be in great shape. not cracked or anything.

i don't put on very many hours so its not "worn out" i know that.

My TTHPs belt is around 5 years old and has no problems, even the belt on my metro, which is almost 9 years old still works great! But I dont use the metro much anymore. Yeah, Ive had to tighten up the turnbuckles here and there, but the belt itself is in fine shape. If you have problems that soon, take it and let the dealer see what its doing, they should give you another belt no charge.
