I am sitting inside eating an early lunch today because I broke another belt. I am a first time owner of a commercial grade mower and am very happy with everything except that with only 40 hours on it so far, I have broken the belt that drives the blower for the bagging system twice. It's a LazerZ CT 48". I have been engaging blades at half throttle or less all of the time and cannot figure out if i am doing something wrong  . Any thoughts? I'm only 15 so its hard for me to get to the dealer for replacements and just need to know if this is normal and if it can be helped. Thanks.

O, and by the way if your wondering why Im not in school its because our school is so redneck that is closes down for the opening day of deer season... but hey, it means i can get some more leaves picked up!! :)

Sounds like the belt is rubbing on something. There isn't much clearance on mine. There is a bolt that is about 1/4 inch from the belt. Are you sure you put the belt on properly?
