I like the stihl 550 it has plenty of power and for the differance in price i dont think the 600 is worth it.

I had posted this in the homeowner section and didn't get much response. It seems that Maruyama has the best current warranty. Does anyone use the BL8100? Although the Redmax shows 915 cfm as their specs, according to other posts here and elsewhere that was measured at the housing. Tube volume is around 688. (Someone also said the Redmax and Tanaka were the same and on the Tanaka site, they list 685 or 688). Anyway, I'm looking for first hand experience on the Maruyama. I have a good dealer in the area.

Here are the specs of the top 4 units I am looking at. I'm not sure I really want a 4 mix.
