I have been doing lawn care for over three years now professionally. This year i decided to offer pressure washing as an extra service and I wanted to know the best chemicals for removing mold/mildew off of vinyl siding?

I also wanted to know what is the best chemical to use on decks as well as fences made of wood without being to harsh to damage the wood?

And I needed advice on how to apply the chemicals to the areas that needed cleaning?

From searching on here I have learned to not let the chemicals sit to long and use as low a pressure as possible if i'm not mistaken. any other advice and tips will be greatly appreciated, and thank you ahead of time.

Well at the moment I was going to use a 2000PSI pressure washer that I can rent at Home Depot for the day. The clerk at the rental section of Home Depot said it was industrial grade but didn't specify the brand or H.P. Rating. Is there anythin in particular I should ask for?

If you plan on adding the service to your company you should think about saving up some cash to buy some equipment! It will be worth every single cent!! If you are going to be washing houses and driveways, the minimum that I would start out with is somewhere around a 5 gal. per min machine!! Heres a link to one that could get you started fairly cheap and still get the job done..

Heres another one a little bigger, and probably the best for the money!!

P.S. Home depot does not own, sell, or rent professional grade pressure washers!!

I was supposed to purchase one last year but I bought a second hand rider that keep breaking on me so I had to replace it with another mower and bigger trailer which blew my budget. So when I get my taxes back after I purchase this house I was going to purchase one.
And I didn't know they didn't have industrial pressure washers. I'm just going on by what the gentlemen at the store told me
Are there any over the counter products/chemicals you would recommend for both the vinyl siding and a wooden deck?
