I have a power chute. Love the operation of it, just flick a switch 1 way or the other and it auto opens or closes. Unfortunately I have gone through a few motors in 500 hrs.

When I spoke with him, he told me he had received a batch of motors that had a small issue that could lead to premature failure. He replaced mine at N/C and it's been working fine. I find the system to work quite well.
